New Birdwatching trip by the Gorges of Alto Ebro

Again, a short birdwatching route by the gorges of Alto Ebro and Rudrón rivers Nature Reserve.
This time by the valley of Zamanzas, gorges of Tudanca and Pesquera de Ebro and the highlands of Turzo and Orbaneja del Castillo.
In the valley, between apple trees, Red-backed Shrike.

Again Bonelli’s Warbler and Common Chiffchaff singing all day.
Golden Eagle, Egyptian Vulture and Griffon Vulture in the gorges area.

In the highlands of Turzo and Orbaneja, Blackcap, Dartford Warbler and Subalpine Warbler, singing from the shrubs.
More visible, Tree Pipit, Skylarks, Tawny Pipit, and Wheatear.
And from the garden of the Posada, with a beer in a hand and the binoculars in another one, we saw a spectacular Short-toed Eagle landed in a little tree.

A total of 43 species.
